I have extensive experience in transaction management, market research, working with first time buyers, property management, remodeling and renovations, property flips, and sales contracts and leases, and a demonstrated ability to increase rates of return, income, and property value. Highly experienced in working with customer relationship management (CRM) systems with a background in working databases with over 13,000 customers. I also have additional experience in agricultural new construction in rural areas from project design to construction management, permitting & approvals, budget analysis, site planning, etc.

In my free time, you can find me raising dairy goats or at the stable training with my two show horses (Rio & Henry). Additionally, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, cooking, reading a new book, or gardening and planting flowers.
